This Jumpstart is for professionals who may not be ready for ongoing coaching support but want to know where they need to improve as a leader. Perception equals reality, and until you understand how other people perceive you, true leadership success can be difficult. This Jumpstart will help you get to the top tier of leadership awareness. Professionals from startups to Fortune 500 companies choose to use this proven leadership reality check to assess what’s working, what’s not and what’s next for their leadership success.
Clients in this program participate in a feedback exercise and receive a half day of VIP individual coaching either in person, via Zoom or phone. Clients may choose to continue with private coaching upon completion of this program.
Group Coaching
