After spending 20 years in marketing, helping to build and grow healthcare technology companies, Jennifer Feldman naturally advised, supported, and guided her colleagues. She has seen companies succeed and others fail as she rode the “dot com” wave. Working alongside professionals up and down the organizational chart from startups to established companies, she has led, implemented, watched, listened, and inspired. She saw first-hand the importance of how companies and their leaders are perceived in the marketplace and the direct impact it has on financial performance.

She went from being the “Employee Whisperer” to a certified executive coach to use her talents and help professionals at all levels lead effectively. As the founder of Back Bay Executive Coaching, Jennifer has helped numerous professionals across industries make their best impact on their organizations.

While she kicked off her career in the Back Bay, she now lives in a suburb of Boston with her husband, three kids and their dog, Kobe.
